Description	The Harbor is confusingly named because it actually includes two zones. The first part of the zone is the starter area, and features a series of quests, initiated by speaking with Gerald Goodblade. Upon completing this series you will be granted access to the second portion of the zone, by speaking to the guard at the gates. If for some reason you do not wish to do these low level quests, you can also gain access to the second portion of the zone by taking The Low Road quest, from the same guard at the gates. The second part of The Harbor features an assortment of repeatable quests, targeted at players level 1-3, primarily.
