| Description | This quest is given by Bragdii Wyvernborne in The Necropolis, and takes place in the Tomb of the Shadow Guard.
Much of this instance takes place underwater, so underwater action items or spells are a must have. Ghost touch weapons and undead turners are also very valuable. When you first enter you must speak to the Shadow Guard, who is just inside. After that you must slay Janos Porthak and Kamenwati. This is made complex because there is an anti-magic shield in their chambers, which prevents spellcasting. So melee power is a must. The zone involves a lot of swimming, and not only straight or to the side, but vertically, so be prepared. The second room contains Worgs, who should die pretty easily. After that is your first swim. Following that you will be greeted by Phase Spiders. These phase in and out randomly during the fight. After slaying the phase spiders move in to the right, past the spike trap. You then have another long swim, which then leads you to Janos Porthak. Remember there is an anti-magic shield in this room, so be ready for it. |
