| Description | This is the fourth quest in the Friar's Niece series from Archbishop Dryden in Dryden's Chamber. It grants temporary access to the Dryden Family Tomb, which is the third dungeon down in The Catacombs.
The goal of the quest is to enter the Crypt of Gerard Dryden and his Ghast. This is the room in the center of the map. In order to do this though, you will need to enter each of the outer rooms and pull a lever inside, as well as destroying the sarcophagi and the undead which are resting inside. Once all of these are pulled Gerard's Crypt will become unlocked. Kill him and then read the inscribed sarcophagus in his room to complete the quest. You must then return to Archbishop Dryden to complete the quest and open the Lower Cathedral quest. |
