| Description | Chief Ungurz will assign you this quest after you complete the Yarkuch's War Plans quest.
It takes you back to the Outer Splinterskull Fortress, this time to destroy 20 egg sacs that have been laid by Whisperdoom, a nasty spider in the northwestern caves area. Whisperdoom is in this cave, along with some other Darkfang Spiders. Whisperdoom is level 6, but does not need to be killed. Solo players can complete this step by using haste, dragging Whisperdoom and his guards far away from the eggs then sprinting back and destroying the eggs quickly before he returns. For optional experience you can slay Whisperdoom's three daughters who are found in the various spider portions of the caves. |
