| Description | This quest starts in the Ruins of Gianthold and takes place in the Hobgoblin Lair. Your goal is to defeat the king, and optionally to also defeat Gardak the Traitor. Gardak will assist you for most of the quest if you allow him to, but he'll turn o you at the end.
Fire and Cold Resistance is useful here, and there are blade and spike traps. There is a chest in this dungeon behind a secret door which has a deadly spike trap. This is very difficult to disarm and the chest is only mediocre. If you don't have a very good rogue, then just leave it. The king's chest will have an Elf Relic in it. |
