HELL HOUND
These hounds are like dogs on steroids. They move faster and they have fire breath. As they use fire as their main attack, they are immune to it.

HOBGOBLIN
Hobgoblins are humanoids that are known to have very low Will saves. As such, they are
vulnerable to charm spells, fascinate and disco balls. They usually carry a pike, morningstar or greatsword. They also knock you down and the spellcasters use fire and poison spells.

HYENA
Hyena are like dogs that bite and trip. They make annoying sounds, which can actually help you detect them earlier and cast appropriate spells just as when they are about to attack.
Alignment: Neutral

ICE FLENSER
If you particularly like the Invaders quest, you might have encountered a bunch of Ice Flensers who claw you to death and send chills to your spine, literally. Their cold damage is just so devastating. What's more, they turn floors icy and will knock you down senseless if you don't have Freedom of Movement. They have immunity to Cold spells and have resistance to acid.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil

INVISIBLE STALKER
Invisible Stalker is a form of Air Elemental that knocks and slams you down. Their natural invisibility is what makes them a little too difficult to anticipate. If you are not too quick, you can be knocked down and remain helpless for a time.

JARILITH
Jarilith (also Demon), are known for their claw and bite attacks. They are usually stealthy and have particularly resistant to acid, fire and cold. They are immune to electricity are known to have low intelligence. They are normally found in Gianthold and Vale quests and explorer areas.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil

KOBOLD
Kobolds are one of the first creatures you will meet when you start your adventure in Stormreach (spiders being the first as you do the training quest). They come in various forms: Chieftain, Shaman, Rogue, Warrior. They are easiest to kill among all creatures, except for the grandaddy of kobolds found in the Shroud raid.
Alignment: Lawful Evil

LICH
This type of creature is another variation of the Undead. You will see them in some desert quests, the Necropolis, and Delera's graveyard quests. As such, they are particularly vulnerable to Undead bane.
Alignment: Lawful Evil

MARILITH
Alignment: Unknown
Creature Type: Evil Outsider, Extraplanar

MARUT
Also known as the Inevitable, the Marut is a form of construct that casts fist of thunder and lightning. They are also known to cast Sonic spells. They have the ability to heal themselves quickly.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Weapons To Use: Pure Good, Anarchic, True Chaos, Axiomatic, Smiter, Construct Bane, Vorpal
Spells To Use: Web, Fire Spells
MEPHITS
Mephits are elemental creatures that come in various forms:
Air Mephits
Dust Mephits (casts almost blinding dust fog)
Fire Mephits (cast damaging sorching ray)
Ice Mephits (cast magic missile)
Lammania Mephits (have the ability to heal themselves quickly)
Risia Mephits
Alignment: Neutral
Creature Type: Elemental, Extraplanar
Weapons To Use: Pure Good, True Chaos, Axiomatic, Vorpal, Paralyzer
Spells To Use: Destruction, Finger of Death, Phantasmal Killer, Fire and Cold spells for appropriate mephit type
MINDFLAYER
Mindflayers are quite scary judging by the way the look. They don't move around but they can quickly stun and eat your brains, resulting in an instant death. They also cast fire spells.
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Creature Type: Illithid, Aberration
Weapons To Use: Holy, Pure Good, Anarchic, True Chaos, Axiomatic, Vorpal, Paralyzer
Spells To Use: Destruction, Finger of Death, Phantasmal Killer
MINOTAUR
Minotaurs are another form of humanoids. They have the trademark "Charge" that can knock you down. They wield great axes and great club that do good damage, especially if you are helplessly lying on the ground.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Creature Type: Monstrous Humanoid
Weapons To Use: Holy, Pure Good, Vorpal, Paralyzer
Spells To Use: Destruction, Finger of Death, Phantasmal Killer
MUMMY
Mummies are found roaming about in the desert and necropolis quests and explorer areas. They do their slam attack and cast debilitating spells like Despair and Mummy Rot. It's best to have disease immunity item to lessen the chances of getting the rot.
Alignment: Lawful Evil

Weapons To Use: Holy, Pure Good, Anarchic, True Chaos, Disruption, Undead Bane
Spells To Use: Fire Spells

OCHRE JELLY
Ochre Jellies belong to the annoying Ooze family. They are known to do acid damage and they also do slam attack.
Alignment: Neutral
Creature Type: Ooze
Weapons To Use: Pure Good, True Chaos, Bludgeon weapons, Muckbane, Muckdoom
Spells To Use: Destruction, Finger of Death
OGRE
Ogres belong to the Giant family. They use Greatclub that kill you in 2 to 3 successive (and very quick) hits. They also range you using Longbows. They are known to cast Rage on themselves, hence making them tougher and stronger.
Alignment: Chaotic Evil

ORC
Orcs belong to the Humanoid family. The use two-handed weapons that deal good damage on high level quests. They have Barbarian Rage that makes them stronger and have higher hitpoints.

ORTHON
Orthons gained popularity when they were introduced in Module 6. They have the ability to teleport and they do massive damage when they hit with their weapons.

PIRATES
Pirates roam about in Three Barrel Cove quests. They are not really threatening but they have the ability to give you hamstring, which slows you down. They use various piercing and slashing weapons.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
