Creating a Green Steel Blank and upgrading it with Inferior Shards of Power is just the first step in creating the item of your dreams. You can still make your item or weapon even more powerful by further upgrading it to Great Shards of Power. You will need new sets of raw materials to create a tier 2 manufactured ingredients. You can only create the ingredients using the Altar of Subjugation in part 3 of the Shroud raid.
Here is a step by step guide on how to create manufactured ingredients and to upgrade your items to have Great Shards of Power.
STEP 1: Collect new ingredients by running the raid (The Shroud). Here are the known types of ingredients:
Medium Devil Scales
Medium Gnawed Bones
Medium Twisted Shrapnel
Medium Glowing Arrowheads
Medium Length of Infernal Chain
Medium Sulphurous Stone
Medium Splintered Horn (Ingredient for Mod 7)

STEP 2: Create Tier Two Ingredients by combining ingredients listed in Step 1.
